The current Constitution for AAPBS is adhered to by the Council and all members. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing to the Council for consideration before being made available to all full members at least 60 days in advance of a formal vote held at the AAPBS Annual Meeting.
A majority of two-thirds of the full membership is required to adopt amendments. If there is insufficient representation at the Annual Meeting, all members may be asked to vote by mail.
