In official collaboration with EFMD Global Network, the Seventh International Business School Shanghai Conference (IBSSC)
will be held at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University on 21 – 23 October 2018.

With the theme of Impact and Change, the conference will foster in-depth discussion on
how to increase business schools impact in academic, industry, and social domains, and explore what effect and
changes the impact agenda could bring to business schools and the broader community.
The IBSSC has become the premier international dean-level event in the AsiaPacific region,
this year with distinguished speakers including the deans from Cornell, London Business School, UNSW Business School,
Cass Business School, Alliance Manchester Business School, Fundação Dom Cabral, Keio Business School and
other leading deans from the host country.
For those registered to the conference, EFMD Global Network will host a free session on Market Trends,
Quality & Accreditations, from the afternoon of 23rd until the morning of 24th, to provide the conference participants
with an overview of the current trends and developments in management education and an opportunity
to learn more about the EFMD Global Network services for our member organisations and the wider
management development network. For more information on the conference, please visit the event's website.

For the first time in its 46 -year history, the EFMD Conference for Deans & Directors General will be held outside
of Europe and we are delighted to announce that CEIBS - China Europe International Business School - has been chosen
as the host school as it also celebrates another milestone year and reaches 25!

The success of CEIBS over the past 25 years as well as the growth and standing of Shanghai as an international city of business
was a key reason for choosing to bring the Deans there.
Top business leaders will share their story and understanding of where China and Asia are nowadays and discuss
the future in relation to business, management and higher education.

We hope that you will seize this opportunity to be with us in Shanghai on 21 & 22 January
as "Enterprising Deans in a Global Context," reflecting our conference theme.

Register now and benefit from the early bird conference fee until 21 September.

We look forward to welcoming you in Shanghai.
