We are pleased to invite AAPBS
schools to join the second edition of the Career Professionals
Development Institute, a training programme that was
designed to meet the needs of Talent & Careers professionals of business
schools. This time around, the training will be delivered fully online from October 19-23, 10:00-12:00 CEST and
will address crucial skills and competencies for Talent & Careers
professionals, current trends accelerated by the global pandemic and regional
challenges.
The programme is thoughtfully
divided into five modules that we identified as essential for Talent &
Careers Professionals. Within these five modules participants will learn: the

latest innovations in recruitment such as gamification and video interviewing skills
for todays career advisors

to build an effective career curriculum and how to foster relations with the
recruiters.
