The 2021 Virtual Deans Conference:
Leading for Impact

Exclusively for heads of business education units, join your peers at AACSBs largest global event for business school deans, the AACSB Deans Conference. From 22–25 February 2021, deans from around the world will gather to leverage their collective strengths and lead for impact. This virtual conference will share best practices on how you can lead effectively in a rapidly changing environment and provide guidance on how to pivot your way through a global health crisis.

Focusing on three tracks: Strategy, Emerging Trends, and Societal Impact, the Deans Conference will provide the knowledge, insights, and tools for you to tackle disruption and create positive impact.

The conference agenda features trending topics presented by industry experts and numerous live networking experiences. Each learning track encompasses a series of captivating session such as:

         Risk/Crisis Management (Strategy Track)

         Future of Work (Trends Track)

Impacting Local Communities (Societal Impact Track)

As AACSB continues to add sessions, speakers, and networking activities, we invite you to visit the webpage, aacsb.edu/deans, to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and opportunities for you to (re)connect with your fellow deans in February.

The Deans Conference is exclusively for those who head higher education business units.

"The AACSB Dean's conference is the best and most efficient way to liaise with other business school deans from around the world to discuss approaches and solutions to shared issues and problems."

—William R. Holmes, Dean, Faculty of Management, Royal Roads University.
