This year is extraordinary for EFMD as we celebrate both our 50th anniversary and the 25th anniversary of EQUIS. These are milestones that we have reached thanks to our fantastic network of committed members and friends. This event will be a great occasion to catch up and celebrate with colleagues and peers, providing numerous networking opportunities and interactive session formats. At the same time, it will be an occasion to reflect on the challenges we need to tackle as a community. Our Steering Committee has decided to explore the theme "What brought us here might not get us there." The programme will be built around three main pillars: - The future of work (gig work, the great resignation and flexible working models) - what are the implications for business schools?
- The increasingly challenging geopolitical context in which we operate.
- Sustainability & DEI – are we doing enough, and how can we do better?
Together with our Steering Committee, we are busily working on the programme to make sure you leave the event with tangible takeaways and plenty of new ideas on navigating the future of business education.
